Frequently Asked Questions

1) Can I register at tryouts?
      Yes, BUT you will pay a higher fee and you will not be guaranteed a spot on a team.

2) Will my sibling discount apply if I online register players separately?
      Yes, you will receive a discount code with your "Registration Confirmation" email. Use this code for your next sibling to get the discount. Be sure to click on the "Apply Discount" button after you enter the code.

3) Will the sibling discount be available at tryouts?
      NO, the sibling discount will only be available to those players who are registered before tryouts

4) How much does it cost to play?
      Check out the "Players Fees" page on the CYO website to see what you should pay

5) What if I need to update my registration information?
      If you need to update your info, email us and we'll do it for you.

6) I don't have an email address!
      Try to contact another parent that can keep you updated. Make sure your coach knows also.

7) Why don't the CYO pages open when I click on them?
      Make sure your "pop-up" blocker is set to accept pop-ups from the CYO website.

8) How do I know what my child's size is for a uniform?
      Uniform sizing for all players will be held at all tryouts.

9) I have a 1st & 2nd grader. When do we size for uniforms?
      They can be sized at any tryout, except make up dates, during the 1st half hour of any tryout.

10) Do 1st & 2nd graders tryout?
      No, but only the first 110 registered will be able to play. So register early! Remember to bring a copy of your birth certificate if we don't have one on file.

11) Are all Players guaranteed a spot on a team?
      No, Teams will be limited by the number of Coaches pre-registered. If a waiting list is required the following criteria will determine placement.

A ) St. Michael School Student
B) Returning Family member from last year
C) Parishioners of St Michael or St Charles
D) Online Registration for New Players
E) Late sign ups at tryouts (even if you qualify a,b or c, if you sign up at tryouts you will fall into this category)
