REFUNDS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Once a player has registered and paid his or her registration fee, refunds will be issued only as follows:

 

 (1)  All refund requests must be submitted by e-mail directed to the Athletic Director, smsc.cyo.reg@gmail.com.

 

 (2) All refund request received prior to September 1st will receive a full refund.



 (3) If a refund request is submitted and received between September 1 and the day before the player's scheduled tryout date, the refund will be issued less a $50 late cancellation fee.

 

(4) Once practice starts, there are no refunds. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
